Politique d'utilisation acceptable
Version 1 · En vigueur depuis le 2 août 2026
Last updated: 2026-08-02 — Version: 1.0
1. Scope
This applies to your use of the platform (account, request funnel, conversation, files) and to what we build for you — the purpose you commission the work for, and the content you supply. It forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.
2. What we ask of you
- Give accurate information and use your real identity.
- Own the rights to everything you supply: text, images, logos, fonts, data, code.
- Keep your credentials confidential and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Make sure what you ask us to build is lawful where you are and in Iraq.
3. Prohibited use of the platform
- Attempting to reach an account, project or file that is not yours.
- Probing, scanning or attacking the platform's security, circumventing usage limits, or extracting its data automatically without written permission.
- Uploading malware or files designed to cause harm.
- Flooding the site's forms or a project conversation with automated or repeated messages.
- Impersonating a person or organisation, or implying an association that does not exist.
- Using a project conversation to threaten, abuse or harass.
4. Work we will not build
We decline, and stop if we discover it after starting, work whose purpose is:
- Unlawful activity, or facilitating a breach of applicable law.
- Fraud or deception: phishing sites, fake payment pages, sham storefronts, fabricated reviews or testimonials, documents or records presented as genuine when they are not.
- Infringing others' rights: cloning a protected product, design or content, breaking technical protection, or exceeding a licence.
- Malware, intrusion tooling, spyware, or surveillance of a person without their knowledge.
- Spam, bulk-sending tools, or collecting people's data without a lawful basis.
- Gambling, sexual material, or anything that exploits children in any form.
- Incitement to hatred or violence against a person or group.
- Selling what may not be sold: weapons, controlled substances, stolen data, identity documents.
This list is not exhaustive. If a purpose falls within the spirit of the above, we decline it.
5. Our right to decline
- We may decline any request at our sole discretion and without giving a reason (Terms of Service §5). This document explains the usual reasons; it does not limit that right.
- If we discover after starting that the purpose breaches this policy, we stop work immediately, deliver nothing, and amounts already paid remain non-refundable against work actually performed.
- For serious or repeated breaches we close the account, while retaining financial and audit records as the Privacy Policy requires.
6. After delivery
Once ownership of the work transfers to you, how it is used is your responsibility alone. We do not monitor what you do with what we delivered, and we are not liable for use that breaches this policy after handover — your indemnity under Terms of Service §15 continues to apply.
7. Reporting
If you see something on this platform that breaches this policy, write to vertexa237@gmail.com with enough detail to identify it. We reply within two business days.
8. Changes
This document is versioned with an effective date, and earlier versions are retained.
