You describe what you need through the guided steps. The request is reviewed manually, then you receive a written scope document listing exactly what will be delivered, what is excluded, the timeline and the price. Work begins once you accept that document.

Fifty percent when work begins and fifty percent on delivery. Transfers are confirmed manually, and the final files are released only after the closing payment is confirmed.

A defect is a deviation from the accepted scope document: something listed there that stops working or never worked as described. New features or changes to agreed behaviour are separate paid work.

Two revision rounds are included by default, and the exact number is written into your scope document before you accept it.
