Garantie, maintenance et remboursement

Version 1 · En vigueur depuis le 31 juillet 2026

Last updated: 2026-08-01Version: 1.0

1. Governing principle

The Quote you accepted is the only reference for what is covered. A function listed in it that does not work as described is a defect, fixed free within the warranty period. Anything not listed in it is a new request, quoted and built anew. This rule protects both sides.

2. Acceptance and inspection period — 30 days

Starting when the project is delivered and marked "Completed". During this window you are expected to test everything listed in the Quote. Any non-conformity you report within it is corrected free and with priority. Thirty days without written objection constitutes acceptance of delivery, after which the warranty below applies.

3. Programming-defect warranty — 60 days, free

Starting from the "Completed" date, covering exclusively: crashes, freezes or stoppages during normal use; a function expressly listed in the Quote that does not perform as described; a function that worked at delivery and later stopped without intervention by you or a third party; a security vulnerability in code we wrote; display or layout errors contradicting the design you approved.

Fixes in these cases are entirely free, are not counted against your revisions, and require no subscription.

4. What the warranty does not cover

New features, pages, reports or functionality — new paid request. Changes to behaviour or appearance already approved and delivered — new paid request. Routine updates and enhancements — maintenance plan or quote. Changes in your business requirements after delivery — new paid request. Hosting, domain, network or power failures — not covered. Changes or outages in third-party services or APIs — not covered. Operating-system, browser or device updates — not covered. Modifications made by you or anyone else to the code — voids the warranty on the modified part. Data-entry errors or misuse — not covered. Data migration, additional training, redesign — paid. Slowness caused by data volumes beyond those stated in the Quote — paid.

5. How to request a fix

Open a ticket inside your project page — not through any other channel — so everything stays documented. Choose the type: Bug / Update / Addition. We make the final classification as "covered" or "chargeable", with a written reason visible to you. Chargeable tickets receive their own Quote with price and timeline; no work starts before you accept it. Response time for covered tickets within the warranty period: 3 business days.

6. Maintenance plans — after the 60 days

Once the warranty ends, free fixes end. Monthly plans are available to continue support:

Basic — bug fixes, response within 3 business days, minor updates at reduced symbolic rates; excludes new features. Standard — the above, response within 1 business day, a monthly allowance of change hours, a discount on additions; excludes major additions. Premium — the above, top priority, more hours, backup and hosting monitoring, the highest discount; excludes full rebuilds.

Current prices and inclusions are published on the plans page.

Terms: monthly, renewed by payment, activated after we manually confirm receipt. You may stop at any time, effective at the end of the paid period; no partial refund of a running period. Unused monthly hours do not roll over. New features and additions are outside every plan — they are new development and are quoted separately whatever your plan. Resuming after a lapse may require a technical review, quoted separately.

7. Refund policy

No refunds are given.

Why: what we provide is a bespoke digital product built specifically for you, which cannot be returned or resold, and ownership of the deliverables transfers to you on payment in full. Once the product reaches you it is in your possession, usable and copyable — there is no "return" that restores the prior position.

What we give you instead of refunds: a 30-day inspection and use period with free, priority correction of any non-conformity; a 60-day free warranty on programming defects; our continued presence throughout your use of the product via tickets and maintenance plans; and your prior approval of both the design and the scope before any development begins, so nothing delivered is a surprise.

Case detail: the initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers time and resources actually allocated to you. Cancellation by you after work has begun: no refund; we will hand over what has been completed to date, as-is, if you wish. Loss of contact or abandonment: clause 8 of the Terms applies, with no refund. Maintenance subscriptions: non-refundable for a period already started. Sole exception: if we cancel the project before development actually begins for reasons attributable to us, the deposit is returned in full; if we cancel after work has begun, only the unperformed portion is returned.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after delivery is a material breach of the agreement and results in the immediate withdrawal of your licence to use the deliverables and the pursuit of available legal remedies. Contact us first — every issue is solvable by discussion.
